PROJECT OVERVIEW

Valor was going through an internal cultural shift, with a new CEO hoping to focus on employee engagement and community involvement. After their internal decision to change the company name, we met for a brand workshop to hear specifically from employees about how they perceived the brand - and what they valued in a company. The words we heard from each employee all focused on three themes: community, patriotism, and defense.

I used these themes to develop a new brand identity for Valor, with four logo options focusing on community (Southern Indiana), patriotism (red, white and blue color scheme) and defense (shield). I also created a simple one-pager, with updated brand messaging, to help highlight these cultural themes.
